On the scheduled delivery date, please make sure you/the recipient must be present in the designated address to receive the order.
If the delivery is missed, we will take back all the products. Within the 12 hours period after you missed the order, you have the option to take delivery of the products from our plant before 5:30 pm daily or we can re-delivered the order as specified by you. Additional delivery charges will apply as per our scale of rates for different regions. Any delivery date which is outside of our regular delivery schedule is consider as Special Delivery and the additional cost is $200.00. Please call us to confirm your choice of action. Any additional charges must be fully paid prior to re-delivery.
Seafood products are perishable. Any missing order(s) by the purchaser is subject to a penalty charge of 25% if we are not contacted by you within 24 hours from the time of missing order. This will be deducted from the total amount prior to the refund/credit back to the customer’s credit card at the time of the purchase.
